The Billerica RTC’s purpose and mission is to engage, educate, and activate the citizens of Billerica, in promoting the principles of the Republican Party, in cooperating in carrying out the program of the Republican State and National Committees, and in electing Republican candidates who share the fundamentally American ideals of individual liberty and limited government.
